What are your wholesale pricing tiers?
We offer three pricing tiers for wholesale partners:
- 10-24 boxes: 30% off retail price
- 25-49 boxes: 35% off retail price
- 50+ boxes: 40% off retail price
How does delivery work for wholesale orders?
We offer free delivery for wholesale orders within a 25-mile radius of our bakery. For locations outside this radius, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance.
What are your payment terms?
New wholesale partners are required to prepay for their first 3 orders. After establishing a reliable payment history, we offer net-30 terms for approved accounts. We accept payment via credit card, ACH transfer, or check.
How long does the application process take?
After submitting your wholesale application, our team will review it and respond within 2-3 business days to discuss next steps.
Do you offer custom packaging for wholesale orders?
Yes, for wholesale orders of 50+ boxes per month, we offer custom packaging options with your branding alongside ours. Please inquire about custom packaging during the application process.
